Hotel Prince (located at 66 Avenue Bosquette in Paris, France) is a very conveniently located hotel. With a short (10 minute) walk from the Eiffel Tower and the closest hop on/hop off bus pick up being a 5 minute walk – this is an ideal place for budgeting travelers!
This hotel has extremely friendly and helpful staff who will happily point you in the direction you need to go and give you tips about navigating through the city.
Of course, a 2 star hotel can only be so good. With small rooms and “alright” food choices, this isn’t a place to be if you’re looking to be wined and dined in Paris. This is a great and affordable place if you’re in your 20s on a post-college budget and just want to be in the middle of the city.
Don’t let this “alright” review fool you, the location is the KEY to this hotel.
You definitely won’t be let down by the neighborhood!
The 10 minute stroll towards the Eiffel Tower is scenic and filled with souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants.
We’ve stayed at this hotel twice.
The first time we stayed, our room was small, but clean.
The second time I stayed at this hotel, our room (unfortunately) smelt like smoke once we shut all the windows to sleep. This is easy enough to get around, as you can request a room that has never been a “smoking room”.
The positive about this room was that we had a lovely little balcony that overlooked the hustle and bustle of a main street, which was really nice.
The rooms feature a small television (with mostly French channels, obviously), a minibar and toiletries.
Like I said, this is a great place to lay your head after a long day of travel if you’re just looking for somewhere close to everything and fairly cheap (rooms as low as 100 euro/night).
