6 Instagram-Worthy Places in Belgium

These are the places I like to visit most often to share with my followers on Instagram! From the belfry towers of Gent and Bruges to the wide open, abandoned spaces of the Hallerbos forest and Doel – these views are not to be missed and I’m here to share them!

  1. Amazing shots. Belgium is the one European country I have yet to visit. This is inspiring me to get out there and check it out! I love the Antwerp station! 🙂

  2. Wow, Belgium really is incredible! I’ve been to Brussels and Antwerp and was pleasantly surprised. I’d love to return and explore more of the country, especially Ghent! But I’ll certainly keep the rest of these places in mind!

    1. There are so many other places I love here in Belgium too – another list coming soon! 🙂 Gent didn’t WOW me at first but when I visited, there was a ton of construction and it was grey and dark. So I am going to try again this summer and see if it makes a different second impression!

  3. I used to live in Brussels for a short while during my internship last year! I loved having the weekends to be able to take a weekend getaway. It was so easy to fly, take the train, or fix bus from there. When the weather was nice, Brussels was actually very pretty.
I totally agree with Antwerp centraal being ridiculously instagram worthy! I think the whole city was just wonderful and I wish I had returned there again before I left.

    1. I totally agree with you – Belgium is such an easy place to travel from! Brussels is nice but I’ll always be biased because I lived in Antwerp and loved it! That central station is the prettiest train station I’ve ever seen! 😮

  4. Such amazing pictures :-). Belgium is incredible. I’ve been already to Brussels, Gand and the beautiful Bruges (my favorite place). In the city’s north and east you’ll find authentic, lived-in Bruges – quiet, cobbled side streets of step fronted houses in brick or a delicate wash of cream or pink, front doors colored burgundy and dark green, proudly maintained by private owners ! Just amazing 🙂

  5. I honestly wasn’t the biggest fan of Brugge when I was there years ago, but I had terrible weather so that might have played a part in it! Seeing your photos makes me want to go back to Belgium so much! 😻
